Trained in Japan, Yesha is a small-batch potter based in Melbourne. Her work is influenced by Japanese simplicity and the natural world. She creates modern, tactile ceramics with interesting forms and textures.
Each piece is carefully handmade and unique, respecting the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi: finding beauty in imperfection.
All work created is high fired stoneware designed to withstand daily use.
